Nordic ski skating is great fun, and it is also very good training! But choosing the right ski and pole length is important! Let us help you determine your correct pole length/pole size...
How to Determine Skate Ski Pole Length?
Body height is used to determine your correct ski pole length. Stand with your back against a wall and your feet together. Look staight forward. Place a book or a ruler on the top of your head and push it against the wall (make sure it is hoizontal). Measure distance from the floor and up to the book/ruler, etc.
