How to Determine Classic Ski Pole Length?

Body height is used to determine your correct ski pole length. Stand with your back against a wall and your feet together. Look staight forward. Place a book or a ruler on the top of your head and push it against the wall (make sure it is hoizontal). Measure distance from the floor and up to the book/ruler, etc.

Classic Ski Pole Length Chart

This ski pole length chart is unisex.
If you are between measurements, round up if you are using your skis for fitness, and round down if you are using your skis for recreation.
