Maternity/Pregnancy Clothing Size

Every women want to wear comfortable clothing during pregnancy. At the same time, you want to feel safe. By wearing so called "maternity clothing", you will feel great (at least as great ass possible) and safe during this exciting time :)

Maternity clothing is based on your pre-pregnant size, and then waist and bust is scaled to fit your "new" body with the cute, growing belly and larger breasts.

Most pregnant woman best fit their pre-pregnany (good old) clothing size in maternity clothing (since size is upscaled). But every pregnant body are different, and someone need another size than their pre-pregnant size when pregnant. Use our maternity size chart below to determine maternity size from actual body measurements.

How to Measure Maternity Size?

When it comes to maternity clothing, it is very important to measure the body carefully. Let us show you how here:

Bust: Measure circumference around body over the fullest part of the bust. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel with the floor all the way around.

Waist: Measure circumference around body at the fullest part of your pregnant belly.

Hips: Measure circumference at the fullest part of your hips. And remember: "hips don't lie!" :)
